Marketing is my jam
I’m Sydney, a New Yorker at heart that relocated to New Jersey. I started my marketing career in 2016, as a Social Media Coordinator for a film production company. I leaped into my first marketing operations roles a few years after and immersed myself into social media, email, and website marketing. I shifted my focus in 2020, when I decided to take an email and content marketing role at UBS. I used data-driven strategy and A/B testing to sharpen the email marketing plan, and conducted market research to find relevant and relatable content for our current audience - additionally creating content to tap into Gen Z and Millenial audiences. I’ve worked at BBDO with clients such as ExxonMobil, on their DTC loyalty and B2B campaigns.
I used my email marketing skills to help improve the DTC efforts across email, web, app, audio, paid search/social, and display. Bringing us to 2023, it was time for a change, BBDO downsized and I moved into a role at SecureSeniorConnections at the Content Marketing Manager. Back to my roots. I was developing content strategy again, for B2C and B2B audiences. This spanned social, email, newsletters, website management, and data analysis, of course. I worked with the marketing and sales teams to drive success in acquisition and retention. I crafted go-to-market plans throughout the course of my career, leveraging data to craft impactful stories for multiple channels and audiences. I am currently a Senior Marketing Manager at Marriott, leading GTM content strategies for product campaign launches. My top accounts: MGM Collection, Taylor Swift The Eras Tour, Uber, Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
What’s next?
I’m always open to new and challenging opportunities. I am actively looking for my next Growth Marketing role. I have freelanced for small-medium businesses and I am currently taking clients.
